So in a roundabout way the name of the blog encompasses two of my passions. Cooking has been a part of my life since I was a young whipper snapper, becoming a greater part once I trained as a Chef. As all kids do I had a bicycle, but it was only once indoctrinated by the Tour de France on SBS and life in Amsterdam that I returned with obsession to bicycles.
Now some may find bikes and food strange bedfellows, but I’ve yet to meet a cyclist who was if not obsessed with what they ate a great lover of food. All you foodies out there will just have to indulge my love of bikes.
